Notification of Nellehseran

I've completed chapter one of Nellehseran, formerly Shannelleran, and posted it below and at IVIC. The initial parts have been posted previously, but have been edited, with the obvious changes of Nell's full name and the excising of a C from Kilrik, along with minor edits.
